Pure Niacin B3 Powder
Warning: Our pharmaceutical grade Niacin will cause a powerful Flush. Please be advised to start with the lowest dose and gradually work your way up.Recommended Dose: 500 mg The recommended oral dose of immediate release Niacin is 1/4 teaspoon (which is about 2 grams (500mg)). Take 1-3 times daily. The Maximum recommended dose is 6g daily. To avoid stomach upset, Niacin should be taken with food already in your stomach. If treating high cholesterol levels, start at 1/4 teaspoon/500mg/2 grams and gradually increase over time.
Directions: Stir powder into a of liquid of your choice (water, juice, workout drink, etc). It may not dissolve 100% which is fine as long as it's all consumed because immediate-release Niacin is completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract in 1 to 2 hours. It rapidly saturates the low-capacity amidation pathway, such that most of the drug is metabolized via the conjugative pathway.
